Spaghetti all'anguilla sfumata

Ingredienti

  • Spaghetti - 350 gr
  • Anguille sfumate - 4
  • Aglio - 1 spicchio
  • Prezzemolo - qb
  • Sale - qb
  • Peperoncino - qb
  • Olio extravergine d'oliva - 50 ml

Preparazione

  1. Sminuzzate le anguille e rimuovete la lunga lisca centrale.

  2. In una padella piuttosto larga, versate l'olio e lasciate indorare l'aglio insieme al peperoncino e l'anguilla precedentemente spezzettata.

  3. Cuocete gli spaghetti al dente e dopo averli scolati fateli saltare in padella insieme con le anguille. Servite il piatto ben caldo e guarnito con un pizzico di prezzemolo finemente tritato.
